Poor black. It used to be the go-to color. Now it's gray this and gray that. Wanna guess who's wearing gray eyeliner and gray pants today?
Years ago, I didn't like gray. I thought it was sad and dreary. The new shades are almost cheerful. They are multi-tonal, textured, lighter, and brighter. When I wear them, I feel contemporary and hip. No, not hippy...hip, as in cool.
I often pair it with turquoise, eggplant, ballet slipper pink, coral, or white. But I always end up with black shoes.
What color shoes do you wear with your gray slacks or skirts?
